Yes they are quite large but fit on the ears nicely and certainly are noticeable. Got the gold, they look very expensive!!!

Lovely jeans, but I needed to size down to a 10, I ordered size 12 because I’m a 12/14 unfortunately I cut all the tags off after a quick try on thinking they were ok and washed them, but when I tried them properly they are too big, a nice feeling …but please make sure you test them out before cutting tags off!
