Louisa – Owner
Louisa founded Icicle in 2003 on a shoestring budget, taking a bold personal leap to bring her vision to life.
With determination, exceptional product knowledge, and a deeply personal approach to customer service, she has shaped the brand with care and consistency.
A graduate of the London College of Fashion, Louisa brings remarkable insight, energy, and passion to the business. Her understanding of fit, shape, colour, and styling, combined with her instinctive customer care, has inspired a loyal and growing following and helped drive the brand’s evolution.
Sam – Director
Sam joined Icicle in 2020.
After a successful career in the city, he joined Louisa to support the business during an exciting stage of growth.
Sam established a local warehouse unit to support the growth of the online business, then went on to lead the acquisition, rebrand, and refurbishment of the Sidcup shop.
Today, he oversees operations, accounts, HR, and brand management, helping to guide the business with care and dedication.
Debbie – Operations Manager
Debbie joined Icicle in July 2022 and first worked from our Halfway Street warehouse, overseeing order preparation, accessories, and dispatch.
Sam describes Debbie as one of the hardest-working people he has ever known.
She goes above and beyond to support the team, ensuring online orders are beautifully prepared and every customer is well looked after.
Vicky – Store Manager
Since joining Icicle in October 2023, Vicky has become a warm and familiar presence for our customers. Friendly, skilled, and passionate about fashion, she brings style and care to everything she does.
Tracey – Store Manager
Tracey joined Icicle in July 2024 and quickly became a favourite with customers and colleagues alike. Her friendly manner, radiant smile, and exceptional product knowledge make her a valued part of the team.
Natalie – Customer Journey Supervisor
Natalie joined Icicle in May 2023 and brings warmth, humour, and energy to the team every day. Her natural gift for conversation helps customers and colleagues feel instantly at ease.
She supports customers by telephone, email, and Messenger with warmth, care, and genuine professionalism.
