Shipping policy

Order before 8am, Monday to Thursday, and your order will be sent the same day. Orders after 8am will be sent the next working day.

Icicle Boutique now offer two postage services as follows: -

APC Overnight (Next Working Day Service) - £5.95*

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked - £4.49**

All prices include VAT.

Delivery is free with orders over £100, which will be sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.

Please note we are currently only able to deliver within the UK.

APC Overnight*

APC endeavour to provide a next working day service.

Order before 8am, Monday to Thursday, to hopefully receive your order the next working day.

Parcels are not guaranteed for next day delivery service, but over 95% of our orders arrive on time. The next day service excludes weekends and bank holiday days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, parts of Scotland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles, is not available with this service.

If you wish to give instructions to the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, you can do so using the APC app or website. Please note that this is at your own risk.

24 Hour Tracked service - Delivery to UK Mainland in 1-2 business days.**

Orders made before 8am, will be packed and dispatched on the same day.

Using the Royal Mail app, Customers can choose their own safe place, at their own risk
