How to spend your loyalty points

Loyalty points are acquired when you shop online with Icicle, and some other exciting ways. Further details can be found here - Rewards

You must be logged into your personal Icicle account - Log In

You must have a minimum of 500 points to spend your points. You can see your balance once you are logged in.

Next time you order, make sure you are logged into our website, add items to your basket and go to check out. Please do not use Shop Pay.

At check out, a pop-up box will appear, inviting you to turn your points to a discount code. It reads, “Spend your points today.”

You must have pop-ups allowed on your device. If you do not see a pop-up, please try another device.

Click the button in the pop-up. The next box will read, “Ways to redeem your points.” Click the ‘View’ button. In the next box, you will able to click the ‘Redeem’ button to turn your points into a discount code. A unique discount code will appear. Copy the code using the convenient box to the right-hand side and click ‘Apply Code’. Do note, the code will also be emailed to you. Do check your spam if it is not received in good time.

Your discount will appear on the order summary. Please ensure it is applied before checking out. If it has not worked, please try again.
