Refund policy

Store Refunds

If you change your mind, items purchased in the shop can be returned to us in the original condition within 14 days. We’ll be happy to exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Shop bought items must be returned to the shop.

We are unable to exchange or issue a credit note with any garment that shows signs of wear or that have been damaged after purchase. Jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Where a full or partial refund has been agreed for a defective item (may be agreed by a Store Manager only), please visit the shop, where a Manager can refund you via your original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to arrive. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Website Refunds

Items returned by post to the warehouse, are usually processed for refund within one to two working days of receipt by us. Refunds will be made to you via your original payment method only.

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and processed your refund.

If we are unable to process your return for any reason, we shall contact you on the contact information provided, to discuss your options.

Once processed, refunds can take up to 10 working days for funds to arrive.
