Store Returns
If you change your mind, items purchased in the shop can be returned to us in the original condition within 14 days. We’ll be happy to exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of purchase. Shop bought items must be returned to the shop.
We are unable to exchange or issue a credit note with any garment that shows signs of wear or that have been damaged after purchase. Jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Credit notes are only valid for three months and must be spent within this timeframe otherwise they will expire.
The address, to return shop bought items by post, is Icicle Boutique, 2 Nisbett Walk, Sidcup, Kent DA14 6BT. Please enclose your receipt and your contact information. On receipt, we will contact you to collect your card details so we may refund the card you paid from.

Website Order Returns
Website orders, including ‘Click and Collects’, can be returned to us in original condition within 28 days of receipt to receive a refund.
We are unable to refund any garment that shows signs of wear. Jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
For online orders, a confirmation email will be sent out once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your account.
Refunds for non-faulty items will not include postage.
You can return your items to store (in person) or, please post back to us at your cost.
When posting, a handy returns form will have been enclosed with your order. Please enclose this with your return. Return your item/s to our Warehouse Distribution Centre located at Icicle Boutique, 8a Halfway Street, Sidcup, Kent DA15 8LL.
Please return any loyalty vouchers accrued with your returned items.
