I absolutely love the style of the top and the colour. But, oh dear, the button holes. They are either a cut in the fabric or just a hole in the lace pattern. I gave up trying to button it up while I was in it. I took it off and buttoned it up, then put it on. It looks lovely on but you really don’t have to move much and the buttons just don’t stay fastened. Not too much of a problem for me because I have a sewing machine. I’ve sewn up both sides of the button bands so it will stay fastened. As there is a stretch to the fabric it’s ok. If I couldn’t have sewn it, it would have had to go back.
