We are delighted to announce an amazing improvement to our postage fee structure.

Due to constantly increasing fuel prices, particularly in the last few weeks, our courier charges have been significantly rising, and we’ve done our best to avoid passing the extra costs on to you. We’ve kept the same price structure for three years, and we’ve been subsidising the cost of each parcel we send.

However, thankfully, due to our rising popularity, we have managed to secure a better rate with Royal Mail, as we now send more parcels than ever before!

We currently have two options with Royal Mail, but the cheaper option, Tracked 48, is causing many of our customers frustration – parcels are often late, we have had parcels go missing as this service is not prioritised, and this service is not guaranteed.

With immediate effect we will be scrapping the Tracked 48 service.

The Tracked 24 service was previously charged at £4.75. Despite a forthcoming Royal Mail fuel surcharge increase, we are now able to offer this service for £4.49.

We will continue to offer free shipping with goods orders over £100.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a guaranteed, 1-2 day service for most UK mainland locations.

This change should ensure our parcels arrive with you much quicker, at a cheaper cost, and reduce the number of parcels from being lost/delayed and causing any disappointment. Notifications about your deliveries are likely to arrive much quicker too! Processing one service with this courier will speed up and improve our internal processes also, giving our team more time to serve our Customers, and continue to minimise errors.
